Harbord Village

HVRA Yard Sale: Sat. May 14, 8:30 – 5 pm (rain date Sun. May 15), corner Robert and Harbord

Donate your gently-used but unwanted items, volunteer to help at the sale, and come out to enjoy the company and the bargains. You will be doing good as well as having a good time. All proceeds go to the Stephen Lewis Foundation (working on the front lines of the AIDS epidemic in Africa) and the Investing in Our Diversity Scholarship Fund (providing grants and other opportunities for deserving young leaders across Toronto). Any unsold items will be donated to the Scott Mission or other local charities.

Two scholarship winners: Aneesa Elmi (2015) and Vivian Cao (2016) from the Scadding Court Community Centre.

Early drop-offs preferred! So we can price items beforehand, please drop off your donations (except furniture) from Tues. May 10 to Thurs. May 12 on a porch at one of these locations (please write your name on the top of the boxes):

79 Robert St.  /  164 Borden St.  /  217 Brunswick Ave.

Saturday drop-offs before noon. If you can’t bring your donations to any of the above addresses, you can still drop them off at Robert and Harbord on sale day — but only before noon.
